As a seasoned nonprofit and development consultant, Faizan collaborates with diverse charitable organizations, providing strategic planning, development expertise, and proficient project management.

Faizan Syed's mission revolves around defending, empowering, and nurturing Muslims and their institutions, aspiring to revive the golden age of Islamic Civilization. He commenced his career as the youngest Executive Director of the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) in Missouri and subsequently assumed leadership roles in North Texas and Austin, combating Islamophobia on the front lines for over a decade.

A true trailblazer, Faizan is the co-founder of A Continuous Charity, the pioneering Muslim charity that offers community-funded educational loans to Muslim college students without interest. Over the past decade, the organization has disbursed nearly $7 million in educational loans.

In 2023, Director Syed transitioned to full-time professional consulting, leveraging his wealth of experience. Passionate about nurturing the next generation of unapologetic American Muslims he founded "Inspiring Young Leaders," a charity dedicated to inspiring and training emerging leaders.
